If your needs are more complex, our handlers can refer you for personalised, one‑to‑one support from a dedicated case manager. You can also refer yourself directly online, or someone else can refer you on your behalf.

Which ever way you choose, reaching out is an important first step to getting the help you deserve.

If you or someone close to you has significant needs, you can make an online referral.

We’ll carry out a needs assessment and a caseworker will be assigned to provide one-to-one support if this is the best option.

We recognise the unique experiences of service life and will take the time to understand your situation, without pressure or expectation. You do not need to be in crisis or know exactly what support you need – that’s what we’re here for.
